1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.hzwholesales.com or purchasing from H & Z Wholesale Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and U.S. export regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website, purchase our products, or engage with our services.
2. Authorized Use & Export Control
These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
3. Product Condition & Warranty
All products are brand new only — no open-box, refurbished, or grey-market items. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided; H & Z Wholesale Inc. does not offer additional warranties unless stated in writing.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 3 PM ET ship the same day (Monday–Friday). Tracking information is provided after dispatch. International orders require compliance with all export documentation and customs procedures.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return unless otherwise agreed. All returns require prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
H & Z Wholesale Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased.
7. Compliance With Laws
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that their import, resale, and end-use comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued purchase or use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
